With Wishpond, you have the option to go Do it Yourself (DIY) or Done for You (DFY). You’ll have a range of prices for you depending on the arrangement you are most comfortable with.

For the DIY, prices will start from $49 for the Starting Out per month for a maximum 1,000 leads to $2,989 per month for the Rapid Growth to cover 1 million leads. Perhaps the most popular is the Everything You Need which is for $99 per month covering up to 2,500 leads.

One of the things I probably like about Wishpond  is their refund policy. There are a lot of companies who have such dodgy refund policies or none at all which is a very big bummer in my opinion.

When you sign up for a yearly subscription, you will be charged the full amount the day your trial ends. Now for whatever reason you would like to cancel your account with Wishpond, the agreed upon Terms of Service includes two different arrangements.

First, a full refund for the remaining unused months on the annual plan may be given if a refund has been requested or the account has been cancelled within five days of the trial’s expiration date and the number of generated and hosted leads, participants and voters does not exceed 20. 

Second, a 50% refund and credit towards your account with Wishpond may be given if the annual plan is canceled or a refund has been requested through email within 2 months of initial purchase and the total number of captured and hosted leads, participants and voters does not exceed 50.

Forms need improvement. The forms in Wishpond could use some improvements such as adding pre-existing fields.

Campaigns needs improvement. One of the common negative feedbacks Wishpond receives is that you are actually unable to set a campaign to be restricted by geographic location. This means that if you have a contest, or popup, you can’t really target your audience.

What I Like About Wishpond 

Easy to use. Wishpond is simple and easy to use with enough of the features that you need. You can produce landing pages in minutes, run split tests, automate email campaigns, create referral campaigns, etc.

14 Day Trial. Wishpond’s 14 Day Trial also receives some shade as being misleading. You actually need to provide your credit card during this period and claim your refund has a few restrictions. However, the god thing about this is that you have an option to get a portion of your money back when you find that this doesn’t work for you. The 14 day period is the time you spend working with Wishpond and setting up a stable arrangement without getting billed for it.

BBB rating. Although not BBB accredited, Wishpond received a good enough rating of B-. Also, all of the complaints on BBB are actually answered which shows that they indeed want to resolve any issues.

Wishpond Review —My opinion

In the end, after checking out Wishpond I can definitely say it’s not a scam and you could definitely recommend it to you who may be looking for a simpler way to not only increase your sales but also improve the interaction they have with their leads.

It’s actually a good enough platform if you’re looking for something to run contests that provide leads and drive user engagement, but if they also incorporate social media management and scheduling.

However, as I mentioned in an earlier section, lead generation can also be hard to scale. Well, I guess this is the same for any business. In My case, I prefer Affiliate marketing as an ideal business for me.
